The following individuals are not permitted to hold an active 60jl account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 60jl and its affiliated game providers; (d) persons identified on any national or PAGCOR problem gambling exclusion registry.
To open an account with 60jl, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account at 60jl. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or under different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts linked to the same individual will be suspended, bonus winnings will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred for further investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 60jl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify 60jl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
60jl may require identity verification at account opening, before the first withdrawal, or at any point during account use. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, national ID (PhilSys), SSS/GSIS ID, or driver's license. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
60jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and UnionBank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 60jl does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or payments through unauthorized third-party agents.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya transactions, and ₱200 for bank transfers. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of withdrawal request. 60jl does not charge fees on standard e-wallet deposits or withdrawals.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification being complete. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. 60jl reserves the right to request additional verification for large or unusual withdrawal requests prior to processing.
By depositing funds, you warrant that the funds are legally owned by you and are not derived from any criminal activity. 60jl complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and may report suspicious transactions to appropriate Philippine authorities.
All bonuses and promotional offers provided by 60jl are subject to wagering requirements and specific promotion terms published at the point of offer. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the default wagering requirement is 25 times (25x) the bonus amount. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully met.
The 60jl welcome bonus is available to new accounts on their first qualifying deposit. The offer is valid for a single account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. 60jl reserves the right to withdraw the welcome bonus offer from any player at its discretion if abuse of the promotional system is suspected.
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically.
60jl reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where it reasonably determines that promotional offers have been exploited through low-risk hedging, systematic staking patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or any other strategy deemed abusive at 60jl's sole discretion.
All games available on 60jl use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested and verified for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are provided in good faith and represent theoretical long-term averages — individual session outcomes may vary significantly from stated RTP figures.
In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or network disconnection during a game round, the relevant game round will be settled based on the last recorded valid game state. 60jl's decision on game outcome disputes is final and binding subject to the dispute resolution process set out below.
Sports betting outcomes are settled in accordance with official league and event results. Where an event is postponed, cancelled, or incomplete, bets will be settled as void unless otherwise stated in the specific sport's betting rules published on the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 60jl.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 60jl's aggregate liability to any player arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
60jl shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; (b) loss of gaming revenue or profits; (c) service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures including payment processors, telecommunications providers, or internet service disruptions; (d) losses arising from unauthorized account access where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security.
Nothing in these Terms limits 60jl's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by its own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
60jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 60jl complies with applicable Philippine data protection regulations, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
60jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a platform notification at login. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform that cannot be resolved through 60jl's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
